Just a suggestion, if you put your hand where the pain is, and ask yourself if there is anything in your life that is a pain in the neck, just see what comes up. If a person comes into your mind, just tell them what you would like to express, and release it into the universe with love and light. How does the pain feel now? If it is a little less and no one else comes to mind, see if there are any memories that appear, if so thank them for being there and release them into the light. You can try this with seeing if any colors come to mind,
This is just a way to show you that your body is like a filing cabinet, it stores all sorts of experiences in it. Sometimes when things have not been dealt with, they surface in the body as pain. It is your body's way of telling you that you should take the time to let go of any baggage you may be hanging onto.
